New Projects or Renovations

Here at Digga Drain we can remove the stress that occurs when you are either building a new home or renovating an existing home anywhere in the North Shore, the Hibiscus Coast or throughout the Greater Auckland area.

New home build

We will liaise with builders, designers and councils to determine the best solution for your drainage plans and come up with design solutions, making it one less job for you to worry about while building or renovating.

We can also provide our clients with 'as built' drawings that you can retain for your records if a new drainage system is required.

If the council requires a building consent for your drains we can also arrange and organise this on your behalf.

Safety is a priority here at Digga Drain and we are mindful of the need to protect our employees and the general public.

We will not partake in any works that are deemed to be unsafe to our employees or the public. We will proceed only when we are completely satisfied that all safety measures have been put in place.

We guarantee all our workmanship and stand by the materials we use with our suppliers' backing. We use only NZ approved materials and all works are carried out to NZ Building Code and Regulations.

New works, lawn drainage

Sometimes we find after examining all possibilities that unblocking a drain isn't possible and a new drain is the only solution.

If this is the case you can rely on our specialist drainlayers as they are fully experienced in the construction and installation of new drains. Most people think this is expensive, but it is definitely not always the case and we will go over everything with you so you fully understand what the job involves.

Fortunately, most pipe blockages are resolved with our drain cleaning equipment.

Some drains lose their structural integrity over time and if they cannot be cleared, the next step is excavation.

Our experienced team have attended to hundreds of specialty drain repairs over the years so we are capable of any job.

If a 'dig up and repair' solution is required and agreed with you, one of our drainlayers will come to your property and dig up the offending drainage section that is causing the problem. We will replace this section with new PVC pipe which is impregnable to tree roots and gives a longer life. And when the job is finished, your grounds will be reinstated to the same conditon prior to the job being undertaken and all excess spoils removed.
